On the 1st visit with the homeowner, we discover what they hope to accomplish by going solar. Then we conduct an Energy Efficiency Evaluation where we gather all the research and information that is needed to design the very best overall SOLUTION for THEIR situation.
On the 2nd visit, we share our unique value propositions along with a custom-tailored solution which maximizes their return on investment by combing a vast array of different options to reduce energy consumption, extend the life of existing electrical appliances, improve roofing and/or hvac system efficiency, and provide back-up power. Finally, we show them how to offset their remaining energy consumption with the installation of solar panels.
On EVERY installation SELSCO offers peace of mind through a 10-year coverage plan that includes guaranteed savings, 100% maintenance coverage, live customer support & service, 24/7 monitoring, and priority dispatch on service calls.
Upon successful activation of every solar system, at your request, SELSCO will dispatch a Customer Care Specialist to demonstrate every aspect of their system, including their monitoring app, thus empowering the homeowner to enjoy the best possible solar experience
During this visit our Customer Care Specialist will work to gather referrals for you and to drive more leads to you by leaving a yard sign that has YOUR phone number on it!
The SELSCO Design Engineer Team creates the initial proposal within 24-hours, and, in certain situations, we make exceptions and provide quicker turnaround. Of course, you can utilize your own software, if so desired.
SELSCO Project Managers handle all 32 necessary homeownersFIRST™ milestones to accomplish each installation. 100% of all installation & post-installation services are completed without using subcontractors. 100% of our installs have passed AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) inspection rating, 96% passed the first time!
We provide each homeowner a thorough NEC Code Compliant, Engineered Stamped AHJ Final Site Plan Permit Packet, to include all General Notes, Mounting Details, Structural Details, Electrical Diagramming, Module Spec Sheet, Inverter Spec Sheet, Battery Spec Sheet if applicable, and Racking Spec Sheet in advance.
SELSCO exceeds expectations by taking pictures during each step of the installation process with attached notes.
All systems have PTO (Permission to Operate) and Interconnection Agreement with their utility provider.
Our staff are provided with continuous education, training, and certification in accordance with an ever-evolving industry

Any company or sales team that can demonstrate a verifiable track record of solar sales and installations, high level of integrity, and professionalism.
